Unused quota and overages can be carried forward or backward by up to two months, and attachment data can be allocated across months the same way, so a quiet month can cover a busy one (or vice versa). Note that unused quota and overages are forfeited when you downgrade to a lower plan, and if you consistently under-use your plan a lower tier may suit you better.
