How does billing work?
Billing is monthly based on your plan. You're billed on the same day each month. Our quotas are flexible, so overage charges apply only if you consistently exceed your plan; occasional spikes can be offset against spare quota in adjacent months. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and direct debit for Australian businesses. Scale Plan customers can arrange invoice billing with net 30 payment terms.

Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be credited any unused portion of your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do unused emails roll over?
Yes, within a flexible window. Unused quota and overages can be carried forward or backward by up to two months, and attachment data can be allocated across months the same way, so a quiet month can cover a busy one (or vice versa). Note that unused quota and overages are forfeited when you downgrade to a lower plan, and if you consistently under-use your plan a lower tier may suit you better.

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! Contact us for custom volumes and pricing. If you're sending more than 500,000 emails per month, we'll put together a custom quote with volume-based discounts. We also offer annual payment discounts.

What about the Australian pricing guarantee?
We guarantee the lowest rates of any Australian email provider using direct Australian routes. If you find a lower rate from an Australian provider for the same quantity with the same features, contact us and we'll match it. This applies to comparable plans and volumes only.
